§ 29683 Voter Eligibility In Special Districts

No person is entitled to vote at the election unless he is a registered voter residing within the territory proposed to be included in the special service district. The election may be held on the same day as any other state, county or city election and may be consolidated. (Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1495.)
