§ 27428 Voter Eligibility For Elections

No person is entitled to vote at the election unless he is a voter of the public agency or portion thereof requesting the election. The election may be held on the same day as any other state, county or city election and may be consolidated. (Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 116.)
