§ 29520 District-County Agreement Approval

The agreement shall become effective and be binding upon the district and the county when approved in the manner set forth in this chapter. The board of directors of the district shall by ordinance setting forth the agreement at length declare its intention of causing it to be executed by the district. (Added by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1056.)
