§ 29236 District Borrowing Authority

In addition to any other existing authority, the district may borrow money and incur indebtedness pursuant to Article 7.4 (commencing with Section 53835) of Chapter 4 of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code. (Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 699, Sec. 37.3. (SB 894) Effective January 1, 2011.)
