§ 29233 District Borrowing Authority

The district may borrow money in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 (commencing at Section 53820), Chapter 4, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code, and these sections apply to and govern all such proceedings instituted under this part. (Added by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1056.)
