§ 27461 District Annexation Process

Any public agency or portion thereof within the boundaries of a district, hereafter referred to collectively as “territory,” not included within the boundaries of a special transit service district, may be annexed thereto in the manner provided in this article. (Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 116.)
