§ 27011 Annexation Election Requirements

The board shall cause an election to be held in the territory proposed to be annexed on the next established election date not less than 74 days after it has finally approved the terms and conditions of annexation to determine whether the territory shall be annexed to the district upon the terms and conditions stated in the ordinance.
