§ 22812 Director Petition Hearing Timeline

Upon receiving a petition signed by a majority of the members of the board of directors, the board of supervisors shall fix a time for hearing the petition. The hearing shall be held not more than 30 days after receipt of the petition. (Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 151.)
