§ 22437 District Officer Appointments

At its first meeting or as soon thereafter as practicable, by a majority vote the board shall appoint a general manager, a secretary, a district counsel, and an auditor. These officers shall serve at the pleasure of the board. The board shall fix their compensation. (Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 151.)
