§ 13826 Final Approval Agreement Execution

Key Takeaways

  • •If no one complains about an agreement, it gets approved.
  • •If people complain but their complaints are rejected, the agreement still gets approved.
  • •The agreement starts working once the government signs it the right way.

Example

A city wants to build a new park and makes a deal with a construction company.

If no one in the city complains about the deal, or if the complaints are ignored, the city will approve the deal. The deal starts once the city signs the papers the right way.
