§ 13801 Public Agency Annexation Rules

Any public agency not included within the boundaries of a district may be annexed to the district in the manner provided in this chapter or in the Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Local Government Reorganization Act of 2000 (Division 3 (commencing with Section 56000) of the Government Code). When proceedings for an annexation are taken pursuant to this chapter, only the provisions of this chapter shall apply to that annexation. (Amended by Stats. 2005, Ch. 347, Sec. 11. Effective January 1, 2006.)
