§ 13483 Hearing Notice Timeframe

• •There must be a waiting period before the hearing happens.
• •The hearing can't be too soon (less than 30 days) or too late (more than 60 days).
• •The count starts from the first time the notice is made public.

A city wants to change a rule about where people can park their cars.

They have to tell everyone about the change and wait at least 30 days but no more than 60 days before having a meeting to talk about it.
