§ 13374 Large District Utility Requirements

• •This rule is only for big places with 250,000 or more people.
• •The place must have run its own electric, water, or sewage system for at least 8 years.
• •If a place doesn’t meet these two things, this rule doesn’t apply to them.

A small town with 50,000 people wants to follow this rule.

The town can’t use this rule because it doesn’t have enough people (needs 250,000 or more).
