§ 120500 Employee Labor Organization Rights

Employees shall have the right to self-organization, to form, join, or assist labor organizations, to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing, and to engage in other concerted activities as permitted under the Federal Labor Management Relations Act, 1947, as amended, for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection. It is declared to be in the public interest that the board shall not express any preference for one union over another. (Added by Stats. 1978, Ch. 577.)
