§ 11857 Sacramento Municipal Utility District Board Size

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, in the Sacramento Municipal Utility District, the number of directors on the district board shall be increased from five to seven as provided in this article. (Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 845, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1993.)
