§ 11823 Ward Boundary Adjustments

The board shall by resolution or ordinance fix the boundaries of the wards for the purpose of electing directors therefrom. The board of directors shall, by resolution, adjust the boundaries of any wards pursuant to Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 22000) of Division 21 of the Elections Code. (Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 435, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1999.)
