§ 103052 Transit District Formation Authority

The board of supervisors may, after notice published pursuant to Section 6061 of the Government Code and public hearing, adopt a resolution declaring that, in its opinion, public interest or necessity demands the formation of the San Mateo County Transit District. (Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 502.)
