§ 101211 District Fund Withdrawal Rules

Whenever the moneys of the district, or any part thereof, are deposited in a depositary other than the county treasury, all withdrawals of funds shall be made by check or warrant of the district signed by the treasurer of the district. All such withdrawals in payment of demands against the district shall be paid in accordance with such regulations as the board shall establish. (Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1161.)
