§ 101210 District Fund Management Authority

To facilitate the business of the district, the board may provide for the creation and administration of such funds as the needs of the district may require and may transfer moneys and credits from one fund to another as the public interest requires. The board may provide for the deposit of the moneys of the district in any depository authorized by law to receive the deposit of public funds. The moneys so deposited shall be disbursed in accordance with regulations established by the board, and all payments from any fund shall be reported to the board. (Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1161.)
