Key Takeaways

  • •Workers keep their jobs when VTA takes over their company.
  • •Pay, vacation, and benefits stay the same—no cuts allowed.
  • •Old sick days and seniority from the previous job still count.
  • •VTA must follow any existing work contracts.

Example

All the bus drivers and mechanics keep their jobs, same pay, and same vacation time. Even their sick days from the old company still count.
