§ 883 Fiduciary Access To Digital Accounts

A person is named to manage a loved one's email after they die and wants to copy the emails to give to family members.

Even though the dead person can't read the emails anymore, the person managing the account still has to obey the email service's rules and copyright law, just like the dead person did.
