§ 253 National Guard Appointments

Privates, privates first class and noncommissioned officers shall be appointed within authorized allotments and pursuant to the rules and regulations prescribed by the United States for the government and administration of the National Guard. (Amended by Stats. 1952, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 21.)
