§ 1202 Commission Data Collection Costs

Upon the request of the commission, the department shall cause such statistics and other data and information to be gathered, and investigations made, as the commission may require. The cost thereof shall be paid out of the appropriations made for the expenses of the commission. (Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 46, Sec. 92. (SB 1038) Effective June 27, 2012.)
