§ 1180 Wage Board Proceedings Record

This law says that the discussions and decisions of the wage board must be written down and can be used as proof in any case before the commission.

Key Takeaways

  • •The wage board must keep records of their meetings and decisions.
  • •These records can be used as evidence if there's a disagreement later.
  • •This helps make sure everything is fair and clear.

Example

Imagine a group of people at work decide to increase the minimum wage for certain jobs.

Their meetings and decisions are written down, and if someone later says the wage increase wasn't fair, these notes can be used in court to show what happened.
