§ 1017 Union Card Misuse Penalty

Any person who wilfully uses the card of any labor union to obtain aid, assistance, or employment, unless entitled to use such card under the rules and regulations of a labor union within this State is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 90.)
