This law says that if you want a special certificate (like a license) for your business, you have to fill out an application with your name, address, and other details about your business and the people running it.

Key Takeaways

  • •You need to fill out an application to get a business certificate.
  • •The application must include your name, address, and details about your business.
  • •If you're applying for a partnership or corporation, you need to include info about the people in charge.

Example

If you want to open a new store and need a license to sell things, you have to fill out a form with your name, where you live, and information about your business.

The law requires you to provide these details so the government can check if you and your business are trustworthy before giving you the license.
