§ 8628 Joint Tenant Cemetery Plot Use

A husband and wife own a cemetery plot together. The husband passes away, and the wife wants to use the empty part of the plot for another family member.

The wife or someone who knows about the husband's death must write a statement and give it to the cemetery. The cemetery will then let the wife decide what to do with the empty part of the plot.
