§ 80320 Local Authority Preservation

(a) Except as provided in Section 25264, this chapter shall not be construed to limit the authority of the department, the regional board, or the state board to take any action otherwise authorized under any other provision of law. (b) This chapter shall not be construed to limit, extend, or affect local land use and zoning authority. (Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 257, Sec. 2. (AB 2293) Effective January 1, 2023. Operative January 1, 2024, pursuant to Sec. 4 of Stats. 2022, Ch. 257.)
