§ 79840 Household Hazardous Waste Programs

For purposes of this article, “household hazardous waste collection program” means a program or facility, specified in Section 25218.1, in which hazardous wastes from households and very small quantity generators are collected and ultimately transferred to an authorized hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility. (Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 257, Sec. 2. (AB 2293) Effective January 1, 2023. Operative January 1, 2024, pursuant to Sec. 4 of Stats. 2022, Ch. 257.)
