§ 7735 Cemetery Removal Notice Requirements

Notice of a declaration of intention to remove the human remains from all or any part of any cemetery shall be given by publication in a newspaper of general circulation published in the city, or city and county, in which the cemetery or the portion from which removals are to be made is situated. Publication shall be at least once a week for two successive months. (Enacted by Stats. 1939, Ch. 60.)
