§ 50720 Foreclosure Housing Preservation Program

The Foreclosure Intervention Housing Preservation Program is hereby created for the purpose of preserving affordable housing and promoting resident ownership or nonprofit organization ownership of residential real property. The program shall be administered by the department and shall provide loans and grants as described in this chapter. (Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 111, Sec. 23. (AB 140) Effective July 19, 2021.)
