§ 41249 Mojave District Payment Warrants

The Mojave Desert district board may authorize, in writing, the controller to issue warrants in favor of the persons entitled to payment of all claims chargeable against the Mojave Desert district which have been legally examined, allowed, and ordered paid by the Mojave Desert district board. The controller shall issue warrants on the treasurer for all those claims against the Mojave Desert district. (Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 642, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1993.)
