§ 40527 South Coast Treasurer Duties

The south coast district board shall appoint a treasurer, who shall be the custodian of funds of the south coast district and who shall make payments only upon warrants duly and regularly signed by the person authorized by the south coast district board. The treasurer shall keep an account of all receipts and disbursements. (Added by Stats. 1981, Ch. 705.)
