§ 34333 Tenant Rights Waiver Prohibition

Any attempted waiver in any lease or rental agreement entered into by the authority of any of the rights granted tenants as against the authority by Sections 34331 and 34332 shall be void as against public policy. (Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1112.)
