§ 34112 Community Redevelopment Commission

A small town wants to fix up old buildings and also build new affordable homes.

Instead of having two separate groups (one for fixing buildings and one for homes), the town can create one commission to do both jobs. The town’s leaders can tell this commission what else they’re allowed to do, like improving parks.
