§ 33832 Special Assessment Protest Hearing

At the time and place set for hearing on the formation of the special assessment area and levy of special assessments, the legislative body shall consider the report of the agency and hear and pass upon all written protests. Such hearing may be continued from time to time by the legislative body. (Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 29.)
