§ 33823 Special Assessment Formation Resolution

After the receipt of the report, the legislative body may adopt a resolution of intention to form a special assessment area and to levy special assessments on properties located therein to provide supplemental revenues for the purpose of making payments on the indebtedness when due. (Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 29.)
