§ 131058 Public Health Funding Agreements

• •The State Department of Public Health can look for and apply for money from the federal government or other groups to help with public health.
• •They have to follow certain rules when getting money from the federal government.
• •They also have to follow certain rules when getting money from other groups that are not part of the government.

The State Department of Public Health wants to get money from the federal government to help people stop smoking.

They can apply for this money, but they have to follow the rules in Section 13326 of the Government Code to do it.
