§ 12580 Fireworks Licensing Authority

• •The State Fire Marshal can give out licenses for making, bringing in, sending out, selling, and using fireworks.
• •You need a license to do anything with fireworks in the state.
• •The license can be renewed if you follow the rules.

You want to sell fireworks at a stand for the 4th of July.

You must get a license from the State Fire Marshal first. If you don’t, you could get in trouble.
