§ 124985 Hereditary Disorders Penalties

A violation of any of the provisions of the Hereditary Disorders Act (Section 27) or any of the regulations adopted pursuant to that act shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 8. Effective January 1, 1996.)
