§ 121360 County Tuberculosis Control Funding

Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious and communicable disease, dangerous to the public health, and all proper expenditures that may be made by any county, pursuant to this chapter, are necessary for the preservation of the public health of the county. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 1996.)
