§ 12004 Definition Of Person

For the purposes of this part, the term “person” shall mean any person, organization, firm, corporation, association, city, county, city and county, and state, and shall include any of their employees and authorized representatives. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1967, Ch. 1497.)
