§ 118130 Medical Waste Facility Permits

All offsite medical waste treatment facilities and transfer stations shall be permitted and inspected by the department. All onsite medical waste treatment facilities shall be permitted and inspected by the enforcement agency. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
