Key Takeaways

  • •Water tanks must be easy to fill up.
  • •The openings for filling and using water must be kept clean and away from dirty stuff like trash or oil.
  • •Temporary food places must have special connections to keep the water clean and stop it from flowing back into the main supply.

Example

A food truck at a fair.

The food truck must have a water tank that’s easy to fill and has protected openings so dirt or grease doesn’t get in. The water hose must also have a special connection to make sure no dirty water flows back into the clean water supply.
