§ 112420 License Suspension For Sanitation

Upon failure of the licensee to correct the situation within a designated time the department shall prohibit the licensee from using the place or specified portion until such time as it is restored to a sanitary condition. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
