§ 112200 Shellfish Handling Compliance

It is unlawful for any person to sell, offer, or hold for sale any shellfish where the facilities for packaging and handling of the shellfish do not comply with regulations adopted by the department under this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
