§ 111835 Fine Revenue Distribution

One-half of all fines collected by any court or judge for any violation of any provision of this part shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the General Fund. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
