§ 111275 Unsafe Color Additives

Any drug or device is adulterated if it is a color additive, the intended use of which in or on drugs or devices is for the purpose of coloring only, and it is unsafe within the meaning of Section 111240. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
