§ 110020 Raw Agricultural Commodity Definition

“Raw agricultural commodity” means any food in its raw or natural state. It includes, but is not limited to, any fruit that is washed, colored, or otherwise treated in its unpeeled natural form prior to marketing. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
