§ 109960 Product Labeling Definition

“Labeling” means any label or other written, printed, or graphic matter upon a food, drug, device, or cosmetic or upon its container or wrapper, or that accompanies any food, drug, device, or cosmetic. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
